What we collect
When you send us a message or book a call: your name, email address, phone number, where your property is, and anything you choose to write in a message field.
When you visit: standard server logs, and analytics about which pages get used. No advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To answer your questions, talk through your property, and, if we work together, manage it.
Who else sees it
Our scheduling tool and our email provider, each only with what they need to do their part.
Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to working together: [24 months], then deleted.
Records for homes we manage: for as long as we manage them, then [7 years], because tax rules require it.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to Info@birchhollowrentals.com.
