Purchasing a property that works
We can help you review and analyze a purchase to make sure it makes sense to buy, from the ideal location to potential return on investment.
Training and support
Have a property and no idea where to start? We'll sit down with you, in person or over Zoom, and walk through setting up your Airbnb account and listing, answering guest questions well, and writing the automated messages that do half the work for you.
Support for existing hosts
Is your property listed but struggling to get bookings? Not sure what needs to be fixed? We're here to help. We look at how the house is set up and furnished, why it may be underperforming today, what we'd change, and how it compares with the rentals around it, so you're not relying on a seller's numbers alone.
Decorating help
Want to decorate it yourself, but properly for a rental? We'll walk the house with you and give you a game plan: what to keep, what to change, where the beds go, down to a proposal for every room. Then you take it from there.
