Not every home we care for is rented. If your family's place sits empty for part of the year, we look in on it: making sure the pipes don't freeze, that the lawn crew and the groundskeeper are doing what they're paid to do, and, if you'd like, that the groceries are in the fridge before you arrive.
Every family wants something a little different, so this is priced on what you actually need: by the hour, or a flat rate for the off season.
Catching things early
When a guest drove a vehicle across a septic field, we raised it with Airbnb the same day and put it on record, so if damage surfaced later it would be the guest's responsibility, not the owner's. When guests covered an outdoor security camera, we confirmed with Airbnb that we could ask them to uncover it, and had it sorted that day.
Neither story is dramatic, and that's the point. Small things handled on the day don't become big bills.
An honest word about your house
Every home has its quirks, and we'd rather know them on day one. A dug well that runs low in a dry summer, or a septic tank sized for a family of four in a house that now sleeps ten, is manageable when it's planned for: more frequent pumping, a backup plan for water, a line in the listing. It's much harder as a surprise in the middle of a guest's stay. We'll help you plan for yours.
